More than a quarter-century in higher education informs Raymond Martin’s analysis and recommendations in the areas of operations, people/organizations, and finance. Before joining Mindstream, Raymond spent nine years as Associate Vice President for Facilities Management at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he oversaw 6 million square feet of classrooms, offices, research laboratories, clinics, biosafety level 3 labs, and a cancer treatment center – as well as 50,000 square miles of facilities spread across south Texas. In that position, his responsibilities included:

• Major capital project and program management
• New construction
• Contract management
• Control room operations
• Strategic planning

Raymond resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife and their two children.
